Which Purdue players are similar to which NBA players?

We have a few players with NBA potential right now. With the NBA championship series upon us, I was thinking it would be interesting to talk about which of our players are similar (maybe not quite as good... yet) to which pros.

I'll start with one that might surprise... I think if Dakota Mathias reaches his full potential, he can be a Dellavedova type player. Both have great court vision, great passing, and good shooting. Yes, 'dova was a PG at St. Mary's and Mathias is not (yet) a PG, but I watch each of them play, and I see similarities.

What comparisons do you all think about?

I have heard Sullinger/Swanigan.

Heard similar things with Caleb Swanigan. How about a bigger Carl Landry?

Not only can Delly play. He has a heart like Cardinal. I'll take a guy like that on my team any day.

I think Vince could develop into Solomon Hill if he gets quicker feet. Hammons could be a poor mans Tyson Chandler. Haas is similar to Myers Leonard. I don't watch much NBA other than the Pacers so these could be a little off.

Delly had a great game yesterday for sure. So much hustle and grit and good decision making.
