you offer not just the obvious(4 and 5 star) guys early. But really hammer some of those guys with first an offer and really be on them like Evans and like this 6'4" WR from Ohio who has an Iowa offer. What are they waiting for? One thing you have to sell is playing time, major, close to home, something!! They are not going to sit around and wait for that Purdue offer like they always wanted for the most part!!
