If they lose today, they will have lost 6 out of their last 8 games. What has happened?

I'm coming over to escape the misery that our board will be. Fran can shoulder some of the blame because sometimes his end of game decisions and sub patterns are just weird. But seriously, if it were not for Aaron White last year, this class of seniors would be looking at 3 consecutive meltdowns in February. Outside of this year and 2 years ago, Fran's teams going back to his Siena days almost always get stronger towards the end of the year. All good guys and glad they turned around the program, but Gesell, Woodbury, and Clemmons were like 3-22 today and combined for like 12 TO's. Fran cant really control that. Uthoff deserves better. We'll be glad to get some new faces next year.

Bo screwed Iowa with the fifth foul on Jok. he shouldn't be allowed to do a game in the Big

Iowa was playing so good a few weeks ago. Then they hit their peak or something. Other teams must have learned their style and able to get them out of their game?

Game seemed lost before then. Would have been nice to have him at the end, but refs didn't cause 18 TO's
I was at work and missed most the game, but Bo is a Teddy in waiting and no matter how you cut it...it was a horrible call and if Jok is on the floor who knows. perhaps people would just say ...glad to get that one behind us. Iowa's turnovers do not excuse the showing of Bo

Jok was an idiot to push the guy for the tech. His previous 4 fouls I did not see.

The thought of Bo Boroski in Indy scares me. I don't want him anywhere near our games. My fear is he will do our Saturday game against IU

Pretty common knowledge that Bo is a big IU fan. I think he lives in Broad Ripple.

yes, retaliation was not a smart move. Nunn? had his forearm in his neck and face shoving Jok first. A REAL ref would have said F it I'm not playing this stupid pussification of America...warned them and not made a decision that may have been crucial in the outcome. I think I prefer to play Illinois, but the call was not needed...but that is how TV Ted and Bo get attention. I don't advocate violence in the game, but it was obviously a heated moment and the Ref was actually dumber than the players in their heated, competitive game.

Shhhh, maybe he will fall down the stairs looking at a hand held mirror so he can see himself.

Fran. Might be the worst coach in the league.
He has his flaws for sure. I'd say as far as inspiring and rallying the troops, he seems to get the most out of his teams when they are true underdogs coming out of nowhere. Where he has issues is maintaining his team's intensity when they are on top. That's a real skill and it may never develop, who knows.

His recruiting has been about a B grade. Landing Tyler Cook helped, but the rest of the class besides Cordell Pemsl are fallback recruits. Then again, Iowa is a tough place to recruit. I think he's done the best he can.

Definitely not the worst coach in the league though.
