WH Press Secretary doesn't understand oil supply

Not that I think she meant this way, but not sure we do need to drill more as I believe we are already able to supply more than our refineries can handle. So we really need to expand refinery capacity, but that is something that has been made virtually impossible for a long time now. With current rules, can't even really maintain the ones we have left because depending on level of repair needed it could mean having to bring them up to an unrealistic standard.

And that is what these bleeding heart liberals fail to grasp. If you loosened the standard, you could get new plants without impacting pollution as new plants would be cleaner and would replace the existing, but they set the standard at a level that financially unattainable.

Also, I have to give the Biden administration credit, I didn't think they could do worse that Psaki and amazingly they managed to. That is truly amazing.

Agree with more refinery space needed....just from a competition standpoint it would be better.

I don't think the refineries are at capacity though. Afterall, Biden wrote a strongly worded letter for them to refine more. 😎

One thing to note it likely costs more to refine overseas oil with shipping costs than oil here drilled in N. America......as long as the infrastructure is in place could be a cheaper supply to Americans than shipping it from the Mid East.
