Didn't Tiller bring it with him? I see that less as a steal and more as re-gifting.Yeah, kind of getting old everyone doing it, but technically we stole it from Wyoming.

You know Illini was the name of a tribe, right?"Illini" is a stupid word and worse team name.
The Illinois "Fighting Illini" is like using the word to define the word. At least "Hoosier" isn't just Indiana with a couple letters missing.
So they better be careful about winning too many games. Fighting Illini has to be offensive to somebody. For reference see Cleveland Indians, Washington Redskins, etc.You know Illini was the name of a tribe, right?

Just wait 'til his buddy Combes shows up.You seem like you are an arrogant prick
I mean, I’m really not. But I think singling out “Illini” as this uniquely terrible team name - when the other team from your state is literally called the “Hoosiers”… - is just weird and seems like a hater comment. Which is odd, because there’s probably less bad blood between Illinois and Purdue fans than any other two schools in the league.Just wait 'til his buddy Combes shows up.
What is this "other team from 'your' state"? Iniana can hardly be considered a team.I mean, I’m really not. It originates from the saying "Who's there?" with your best southern Indinia accent. I really wish I was kidding.I mean, I’m really not. And they gave the world "Dog-N-Suds".It originates from the saying "Who's there?" with your best southern Indinia accent. I really wish I was kidding.
IL and Purdue have two of the most respected state educational programs in the country. Any bad blood is totally made up with the exception of men's basketball. For football, both programs have had flashes of success with many years of shared misery.
