Was Painter Too Busy or Just Not Enough Money to be at the Table?

I did not see Painter's name listed to see Kokomo's Flory Bidunga. Maybe he was there, and they do not think he is a big enough name. Maybe Painter does not have the money from the Boilermaker Alliance to be able to play at the big boy's table?
