Was a tough but good win last night.

Credit to PSU for taking us out of our game to start but even more credit to CMP for making the right adjustments and calls during the game to put us in a position to win. That was a very ugly game on our part, but a good team should be able to grind those wins out just like we did.

I'm also very glad the players/staff can't see the game threads while the game is going on. Some of the stuff going on in that thread was ridiculous. Such as yanking a player who was doing decently in place of someone who was having a terrible night just because a poster thinks it's the right move. Thankfully those players in question stepped up when needed and essentially won the game for us.

Kudos to the team and staff for pulling that win out !

What? You expect those of us who do a great job armchair coaching and with enormous hindsight not to post our nuggets of coaching wisdom that would have led to a 20 point win? Seriously I am totally with you - they won a game that I had just about given up as lost. Coach Painter made some good decisions.
