I thought it was like a tumor or something in his brain. Maybe not a tumor but something kind of like that the flares up from time to time and it was doing that the last year or so at Ohio State when he would visit Ross Ade stadium

It was a congenital brain cyst that flared up from time to time causing severe headaches....that was the health reason for stepping down at Ohio State. He left Florida in 2010 for stress anxiety and concerns that could have led to a potential heart issue. IIRC, he was hospitalized for chest pains after Florida had lost the SEC Championship game for the 2009 season.
