was it me or did it seem like the pre game guys were getting under his skin? he did pick us to win the game though. The blond hair guy on the pre game said "here in W. Lafayette, Pennsylvania".

I was thinking the same thing along with him thinking what am I doing here? I’m better than this
Well, from all the stories that came out of Jacksonville last year, he seems to think he is above everyone. I guess he could not tell the others how stupid they are or back them in a corner and berate them for an hour now.
Not sure why it took stories from Jacksonville to make people aware. He's been a good coach but he's always been off the charts when it comes to smug arrogance.
Meyer is a great coach, probably one of the best ever.
But he personifies a lot of what is wrong with modern-day college football; smug hubris, one step ahead of the posse, never having to truly answer for the renegade programs he ran, able to cash in over and over.
That Fox pre-game crew are largely clowns (particularly the galactically ignorant Rob Stone), so I guess it's appropriate that they welcomed Meyer back. But they should be ashamed; it's not like Meyer adds more than any other former coach could have.

Urban was this way when he was a grad assistant at Illinois St. I worked in SID office and can tell you he hasnt changed just grew BIGGER.
