Looks like a Western division sandwich on an Eastern bun

Are there odds for the West alone?

A couple thoughts:

1) I know Chi-Boiler said these odds don't directly reflect winning the division, but the division situation still matters. I suppose Maryland, MSU, Indiana, and Rutgers are toward the bottom because they have no realistic chance of winning their division. But, a lot of teams in the West still have a credible chance to win the division, and hence they still have some chance to win the league.

2) I'm surprised people aren't more bullish about Illinois. That team is one crazy ending away from being undefeated. On the other hand, maybe the odds reflect uncertainty about the quarterback position.
