.....Until the NCAA gets subpoena power to see bank records of recruits and their familes, and those close to them, this will not stop. And I don't see that happening anytime soon btw......there will continue to be more and more capitulation of the top 100 recruits each year will continue to go to an ever smaller list of schools.

I HATE overly legislative situations, but this will only get worse.

Not that I trust the NCAA to be fair, but I see it as the only solution available now.....if athletes are ruled to be 'employees', that could be the dam breaking, and opening things up for the IRS overseeing some of this.

The only other solution, if it can be called that, would, egads, be some sort of limitation on how many 4 and 5 star recruits one team is allowed to sign in a given time period, or shhhhh.....a draft!
