Trent Bobblehead

The Bobblehead Hall of Fame is more or less an online bobblehead retailer, currently. They have been around for a few years now and sometimes commission more current bobbleheads. Last year they were on the Sister Jean train during the tournament for example. They are establishing an actual bricks & mortar museum in Milwaukee. It has the appearance of being a non-profit, but I'm not sure that it is.

Hell, no, it's not a not for profit. I'd just as soon give $30 directly to Purdue's Trent fund. What's the problem with that?

I was just providing some background on the Bobblehead Hall of Fame. I'm in a few bobblehead collector groups and most were pretty excited when this organization was announced. Now, not so much, and the Tyler bobblehead is causing quite a discussion with many indicating how to donate directly to the charity.

Yeah, it's one thing for a company to donate a certain amount of their profit to charity. But this is them making lots of money off of Trent, and throwing cancer research peanuts in return.

The difference between this, and say Follet's donated $3 of every sweatshirt to Trent's foundation.
