Useless question to ponder while you watch the Final Four (or pretend to ignore the games while you silently weep).
Would Tre have been a better, more disciplined player as a senior if Haarms doesn’t suffer a concussion at Nebraska Tre’s sophomore year, which derailed Matt’s junior season and ultimately saw him transfer after the season?
Would Tre have improved as a result of having to continue to battle Matt for minutes the rest of that year and the next year? (In my bizzaro world in which Haarms doesn’t suffer that concussion he starts more games that season over Tre, the Nebraska win gives the team confidence amd they end up winning a few more games and being a likely NCAAT team before the COVID cancellation and ultimately Haarms doesn’t transfer).
