I always thought Fleck had a snake-oil salesman vibe. If the allegations are true, it sounds like a lot of toxic behavior. Covering for positive drug tests, creating a culture where players didn't trust their teammates, forcing the players to give him huge ovations, compulsory prayers... sounds like a big mess. Several players independently referred to his program as a "cult." Glad Purdue didn't end up with him.
