Reality is starting to sink in with each passing Purdue victory. One quote that made me laugh, "even in a bye week, IU has managed to lose ground" (paraphrased).

I k ow many on here stated we needed one win between OSU, Iowa, Wisky. We have two a nbn d now control our own destiny for a bowl game.

Our second hopeful bowl...blue chip recruits, take note that Purdue is rising. Join them and elevate the program even more.

-win out

I'm thinking that Whisky might be the easiest of the three....

Uhhh.

You would be thinking wrong

Have to agree here....Wisconsin has had Purdue's number since the epic '04 heartbreak game (12 game winning streak (6 home/6 road, no games in '07/08).

Cumulative score:

Wisconsin 411 - Purdue 146

'17 and '04 were the only games Purdue was within 10 points. Hopefully the streak ends this year. It is trending well for the Boilers but still no easy task.

They have more Purdue threads than we do right now. Brohm is living in their heads rent free.
Especially our good friend TD75. It’s a double whammy for him as he claims to be an IU and UL fan. Purdue has apparently surpassed IU and trending upward while IU’s season is trending down (trying to be nice). And if Brohm doesn’t leave Purdue to rescue UL, it might be more than he can handle.

Here is a list of some coaches they “could”have had
Brohm
Urban Meyers
Rick leach
John cooper

Surprised he is not a ND football fan

Everybody must realize that if there is a meltdown over there right now, I cannot go over there, because I am still banned; it will be Armageddon when we beat them here in about 3 weeks.

Isn’t it so weird he doesn’t come here anymore?

Please tell me this isn’t true and that nobody really said this. If they did, I might have to venture over there for some comedy, and I really don’t want to do that.

True. There’s a thread there that says that they could have had leach, right now.

Of course, word on the street in Bloomington is that Tiller really wanted the IU job.

I have never seen a bigger group of delusional morons. They are literally like we would be if we thought that the only reason elite run blocking OL chose us over a run blocking school like Michigan, is because we didn’t tell them we wanted them.

I couldn’t resist and had to go look. W-O-W!!!

All kinds of crazy going on over there. Several people are clearly very close to the edge. And by “the edge” I mean, “ready to climb the clock tower with a high powered rifle.”

It’s clear that our turnaround after 0-3 has really gotten to them. Honestly, I think they’d all be fine I’d we were struggling the same as they are. But their continued sucking combined with our success is clearly too much to bear.

Also, I think perhaps we should take up a collection and see if we can buy a hooker for HoosierJimbo. That dude is wound really tight, and it’s clear he hasn’t gotten laid in forever. He’d be my pick for the first to snap, and it could well happen when he figures out CJB isn’t leaving.

You want to see a group of people who think Brohm is leaving immediately, as if he looks around and immediately says “I’m at a podunk junior college, I need out of here immediately,” go to Nebraska rivals. Brohm is leaving next week, if not for Louisville, for anywhere they can. And in the “jeff Brohm” thread those cowards (Nebraska fans are notorious cowards who want the easiest road to feigned glory possible, so they can then start to recruit as though they won the sec West) all follow up posts about how Brohm is leaving with “he’s so good. I want him out of our division immediately.”

As for IU, here’s what they and most anyone don’t get. Brohm has started what was started a decade ago at Cincinnati (not an exact parallel, but Cinci has been permanently better than what they were before they hired Kelly), but without the high school academics. If Brohm leaves (and I’m on record that he won’t), IU is not saved. We have rondale, we have a lot of young talent, we have the facilities and the only school other than ND in this state that can get more than 30k in the stands. IF Brohm were to get sentimental to the point that he just had to go Superman Louisville, we are gonna be able to hire someone really good.

Their delusions on the IU board with coaches, would be like us, as a traditionally pass happy school, pretending that we could have had every elite OL who ended up at places like Michigan and ND, if we had just wanted them. They didn’t want us! Just like no elite coaching candidate wants to sell from an empty stadium.

@td75 where are you you little bitch? I’m on every board you are, including Louisville, and I know you see me you smack talking coward.
