The Mistake at the Bank

So Purdue always has a weakness to attack right? That’s why this team is probably the best since 2003, with a defense that’s more deep and athletic than 2003, but may not be the best team since 03 and likely not better than 03.

you get a team where you do your job and get this type of team with the 2018 OL and RBs and you can tell the reporter after the game that “certain funny things that went on couldn’t help our opponent enough to get a victory.” And move right on

Hope that Purdue can get ahead of MN then put the foot on their throat for last year's referee fiasco.
  • Reality is to expect a close contest.
  • Wishing that Bell is back along w/additional players returning to health & they plow MN by 21 pts.

You could tell that things would be bad when our tight end was lying on the ground and was kicked in the crotch without so much as even a penalty.

Wow, watching that again makes me realize that refs BS call was even worse than I thought. Unbelievably bad and that guy should have been sanctioned and checked out for betting on Minny in that game.
Oh! But, But, But... If you find an obscure angle from a camera 100 yards away and freeze frame at the instant Durham extends a hand in the direction of the defender's hand it was TOTALLY JUSTIFIED as OPI.

Minnesota fans were all over that as well. Had to justify one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen in my life.

If Brohm has the chance to run the score up he will, I think this we’ll see his most agressive play calling that we’ve seen all year. We just need a few key people back as we all know to increase the odds.

On one of the GBI podcasts, either Tom or Brian insinuated that pretty much all B1G coaches can’t stand Fleck, and would love to grab the oar out of Boat Boy’s hands and crack him in the head with it Tom Ripley style.

Time for revenge

"That's a bad call. That's a bad call."
One of the worst in history for an actual “call standpoint“. Never happened was not actually close to happening even when his arm went up for a fleeting second and then kind of came back down quickly so the Minnesota defenders hand and I don’t think they even touched.

Obviously there is something going on with the referee and Minnesota for that to happen at that point in the game. Dirty dirty dirty
