Speaking of Supreme Court justices. Good lord this is a bit scary. One wonders what tv station she watches to get this misinformation?
she was an obama appointee...not suppose to be smart as that would fly in opposition to emotional stances. She is a she though...I think...not sure what gender she wants?
That was very scary. Sitting up there so high she held a lot of potential energy about to be transformed into kinetic energy as soon as she pounced on someone walking near. I hate to think of the covid deaths that could take place due to her raising her arms, because you could tell that was a signal causing others to chant and share the virus in order to take down the opposition. Not only the deaths, but she probably doesn't bathe and those downwind may lose their sense of smell and think it is covid. Now I don't think this terrorist attack remotely approaches near what we have seen for the last couple of years, but it is nothing to take lightly either. Sure there wasn't destruction of property, looting and burnings, but she was giving hand signals!!! Who knows the trance she might instill into others causing death just like ole Charlie Manson and his followers. Oops, they were charged for "their" actions no matter what Charlie did. Whud a figured?

What I hear is that intelligent people are only mad at Sotomayor because they want to date her and can't f#$% her just like AOC. The hits just never stop. The schools have done a marvelous job the last few decades of dumbing down so many.

We can find fault with each of the justices. Most blacks have found fault with Clarence Thomas from the get go. He is a black man along with Dr. Ben Carson and aforementioned Dr. Skip Gates got into Yale through an affirmative action program. Then throughout Thomas' adult life he has done everything to rule against it.

You seem to be under the impression that if a black holds an office their only duty is to do things for blacks exclusively regardless of anything else.
No, I just have a problem with black people like Clarence Thomas that the ladder to get to the top. Then kick the ladder out from under him so no one else can climb it. That is what Thomas did with affirmative action. White women have actually benefitted from affirmative action more than anyone.

As far as Obama. He did not cater to a small % of people. In fact, and I wholeheartedly disagree, some blacks say that he did not do enough for black. Some thought that he was going to be more of an activist than a president and deliver them out of bondage so to speak. He even said in a speech that he is the president of the entire US. When he got the ACA passed that was a tremendous boost not only to the lives of blacks but others that did not have employer based health care.
It was only a boost to shiftless people that dont work. It is a burden to the working class. Obama was a dupe in every sense. Did he pick best people or minorities for positions? Suddenly out of 13% of population the most qualified people were from that group? Bullsh*t! Get over being black and do something better for your self!
No, you are wrong. The ACA and still is for all people that do not have employer based health care. Not just the poor. There are a lot of self employed, independent truck drivers etc the ACA was designed to help. The ACA worked and is still working despite the repubs and Chump trying to kill it. If the repubs had a better plan in place when they had control I would have been for it. One of the main problems with the ACA is that a lot if young healthy people did not participate.
Obama had a very good team of department heads and was well diversified. All of them were very qualified in their positions and did a good job. Chump had a neurosurgeon as head of HUD. Makes no sense. The education secretary had no public school experience. Chump had folks resigning left and right in just 4 years. Obama appointed a lot black judges. Chump may have appointed just one black judge out 200 or so appointees.
Wow, just so many ways I can go with this. Starting with who is Chump but I will follow with your postings of a fool. Trump appoints one out of how many ? Blacks are 13% of population, Odumbo the racist appoints lots of black judges? How many were qualified besides being black??

The judges Obama nominated were all qualified; the Senate Judiciary committee said that they were along others and were confirmed.
There are other self employed folks out there that love the ACA.

Yes if one makes $62,000 you get hammered and I mean hammered. I was paying for AMbetter insurance the only choice with a $17,000 deductible. Affordable hardly, with no benefit or value unless it’s a catastrophic sickness.
I had a grandfather policy I had pd for yrs it held until they just went away. Tell BNI what TBMF means! Im sure all his relatives have been running to a doctor when they blow their nose. meanwhile real people take our chances. I don’t know what the cost is this year, but know it’s not affordable.
The only people who liked the ACA are health insurance execs, pharma lobbies, and their benefactors.
Obama had a mandate for UHC if not a real public option and like the triangulating person he is, he found the exact lane that helps ****ing nobody with the ACA.
