What do you people think of Cruz naming Carly Fiorina as his running mate?Heck, it doesn't look like He is going to be nominated ,so what is this all about?The only other time I can recall anyone doing anything like this was in 1976 when Dutch Reagan named liberal Senator Richard Schweiker of Pennsylvania as his VP candidate,but at least Reagan waited until the GOP convention .I think Reagan was a little behind in delegate votes to Gerald Ford heading into the convention,and he thought naming Schweiker would help.Of course Ford was nominated and lost to Jimmy Carter.I guess Ted Cruz is desperate,but of course politicians never admit that.

Cruz is positioning himself to be the most disliked candidate ever. That is the only explanation.
Or, no one else is stupid (desperate) enough to hitch their wagon to an obvious pariah. No one dislikes Cruz more than actual Republicans. This election was Carly's only chance as something more than a has been, failed CEO.
Then she ate dog food on youtube and advocated provoking Russia into war. Oh, and the lies about PP that she doubled down on.

Fun aside, I had a Cruz staffer ring my doorbell this evening. He is VERY far behind in Indiana, a state that matters for once, compared to Trump. Lots of Trump signs in my community, zero Cruz signs. Cruz doesn't want to win, I think. He didn't even show up until last week. FYI, don't ask the folks who are paid to go door about their candidates actual policy positions.
Trump has Indiana on lock.

Cruz is the smartest candidate. Carly was a smart pick. Play to win. That's all anyone can do and should do. And by winning it means keeping Trump from locking it up before Cleveland.
