I think a lot depends on timing. Are they going to come after her before the election? It seems at a bare minimum her clearance should be revoked. This timing would present the most problems for her personally and be the most damaging to her candidacy. If they wait, and she wins the election, can they even go after her? I'm not sure they can. I think she'd have to be impeached at that point. If she loses, does anyone even care at that point? I think anyone other than a clinton is looking at prison time. TS docs don't accidentally or mistakenly end up in your email. It's clear she directed people to send them there.

It doesn't work that way. Technically, we should never know, because a leak does not mean the information loses its classification. Even if they did declassify it, they can redact whatever portion of the document they want to hide. I think there's very little chance of knowing the answer to that question.

She talked about drone strikes, with specifics that were classified by intelligence sources. That, at least, has been released open source.

She doesn't have access right now, so revoking her clearance would be meaningless today. But I agree that her clearance should be suspended until this thing is adjudicated.

I agree, but doing so would paint her as being even more guilty in the public's eye - something the current administration (AG Lynch, et al) seems to be trying to shield her from. Democrats can't have that right now, because she's running for President.
