I fail to see how there is no comparison. They are phenomenal . . .but there are other bands that are in the same league.

I wouldn't get out of hand, love them but not going to say that. Led Zep, Floyd, Stones, Who are in the picture. Personally, Rush is my favorite.

I saw Sir Paul this year, the man was amazing. I'm trying to figure out the post, there is more to it than the Beatles are great.

Allman Brothers (first iteration). The Beatles were great. They might even be the best rock band of all time . . but it's not a landslide. The Stones would definitely have something to say about that.

I'm a bigger fan of Pink Floyd than any of those other bands (aside from The Who), but I don't think they are a better band. But man, I can throw on Animals anytime and love it. Love Pink Floyd.

I assume you you have Boston Garden '75. Forget the exact bootleg name but it's their most famous. I think they play most of Animals before its release. Dogs was called Raving & Drooling, or something like that, the working title.
