Serious question from our board resident for black America: Will there be some blacklash among black woman for her marrying a white man? What about from black males being mad at a sister for marrying whitey?

53,000 black men held a joint zoom meeting last night and raised $1.5 million dollars for her campaign. Black women are just as giddy. Harris is a member of the black sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha. Black sororities are now galvanized about this election.
I haven’t seen or heard so much excitement from black voters since…..
Why didn’t she not do better in her 2020 as the only black candidate? Why has BLM issued a statement against her coronation? And what about the ADOS groups that have come out against her? You cool with some of the actions she took to deny the civil rights of black defendants as a prosecutor? Like hiding evidence and knowingly keeping innocent men in jail.
And outside of being black what policies of her’s do you support? Based upon you other recent postings you probably want to check her positions on LGBTQ and putting boys in girls locker rooms and gay marriage.

Agree. Most of these black woman only care about 1 thing and 1 thing only: that Harris is black and a democrat. They were going to vote for Biden anyway, so them putting their support behind Harris is inconsequential.
The Democrats now spin it as voters don’t vote for the candidate listed on the ballot. They vote for the delegates to select the candidate to run for office.

The enthusiasm for Biden did wain due to his age and possible cognitive decline particularly from the younger black voters. In 2020, I think a lot of blacks voted against Chump rather than for Biden. Would have been the case this year in my opinion had Biden stayed in the race. Harris is younger and more vibrant. Being a woman of color helps. Sounds similar to 2008 when Obama won.
She was such a great candidate that she didn’t make it out of 2019 in a 2020 election.
