Yeah, they're 12-9, but that win was huge. That was a fired up team, and a fired up building tonight. There was desperation in Breslin tonight. And Purdue beat it. Purdue beat Izzo and the Izzone and beat a superstar performance by Bridges. Michigan St. was absolutely desperate tonight. And we beat it. Great win. That was by far the toughest game we've had to play. We won. This team is poised to make a real run here...enjoy...

Good win tonight. Need to prove it against Nebraska Sunday. Lose that one and it wipes away what they did tonight.
And we will. Nebraska is no match. This team already has suffered two looses they shouldn't have. They know it. We won;t lose to Nebraska. Maryland and IU will be tests for sure. I think we win them all.
With our size we are not a good match-up for them. But it was our offensive production that carried the day... 52% 3s; +13FT; +11R = win just about every time.
It was not the toughest team we have faced this year, but I would say it is the most hostile environment that they have endured thus far.
This. Tough place to play, but Sparty is 12-9. Let's not pretend like they are a good team this year.
The B1G is weak this year... only 3 top 25 teams right now and the best is #15 wisky, who is just meh. There is no reason why we should not win the league and earn a good seed. We have the best player in the league and top 3 in the country. Let's ride him to a B1G championship and nice run in March!
I think it's going to be tougher than you think and the Northwestern game at home will get us if we don't take them seriously. They are a good team now.
The quickness of NE guards can be a tough match up for us if we come out weak and unfocused on D and not play great D, and create a one night All American. They will be fired up and give us a great game @ their house.
Same thing with NW they have 2-3 heady, quick players and have really improved team play. Law, Lindsey & McIntosh all can score and play well together. McIntosh's shooting is down, but he can go off against us. NW will be a tough match for us if we don't come out ready (lucky for us...at least this is @ our house). Do not mark these easy wins.
Purdue should win @Nebraska, but I'm taking nothing for granted this year.
Iowa followed a cathartic and emotional win over Purdue with a face-plant at Northwestern. Purdue has to avoid a similar let down. Last night was a bruising, emotional win for Purdue. The Boilers have to come back down to earth quickly and get dialed in for Nebraska.
