Both MSU and OSU were disappointing because we were right there and could not close the deal. At least we beat the Illini. The silver lining of playing MSU and OSU late in the season, win or lose, is doing so revealed some holes in our otherwise good defense that we need to close up. Transition D against guys like Trice and Valentine, for example. I have a feeling the coaches will be working with the team on that going into the tournaments (love that it's plural this year .

As far as the twin towers thing, I don't think we saw enough of it to say it can't work under some circumstances, but I agree it was bizarre and not terribly effective for the short time we saw it.
