The report that I saw said a witnesses account was that a tire blew and the boilermaker special crossed over center and hit a car head on killing the driver of that car.

I think it may be time to relook using it on the roads at highway speeds. Sounds like a complete accident and no one's fault but that's the kind of publicity you can probably only take on once.

I’ll be honest, I’m surprised that is was driven on highways, always figured it as a side street, around campus transportation vehicle.
