Been saying that around my house for years.
I think this post was just a joke but if it wasn’t I think we are fine at DT. Positions of need in this order..
DE
RG
LT
those three positions need one of two things.. a difference maker from outside OR someone we already have to get way better quickly. (I.e. cam Craig to be fully good and take over LT, someone to add massive size and strength needed to play RG, either Sullivan adding even more burst than he appeared to end the year with OR Joe Anderson being more than a bit player).
everything else on the team is in a strong enough position where we can confidently roll with what we have and be at least decent.
Firmly believe Joe Anderson will be fine.
can’t teach that size but I don’t think he’s a true DE or DT. More of like a 5 technique DE in a 3-4. Still, he should get plenty of run next year. We’ll be deep….hopefully talented too.
Need Hudgins and Hunter to live up to their ratings.
It’s not that he won’t be fine. I don’t think he will get run over. It’s that we have a line that’s looked good WITH THE SINGLE TEAMS they get because of Karlaftis. What if all of karlaftis’ replacements are merely fine and we find out that we just can’t get to the QB fast enough with those three guys paired with a replacement who is fine.
we really should try to get someone who can command a double team at least decently..
The other thing that could always be the case is that the DL we have, even Sullivan, move their FEET just fine, but they haven’t mastered the use of their hands, and so they all look slower on the rush than they actually are.
don’t worry.. compared to this year I’ll be much more likely to let it play out. Once we are a team that can go win even 6 games, im happy, because I know that that isn’t easy to do…
Was hoping that Ron English was one of his lead recruiters…that is not the case unfortunately
D line seems to be in good shape, great shape if Mitchell and Washington come back for a 6th year.
Washington has battled injuries and only appeared in 2 games. IMO he will have a new zip code in the fall.
Mitchell has NFL Draft 22 in his twiter profile. Doubt he is back.

Interesting, but not surprising. A healthy year probably could catapult him in the draft. Im guessing he's probably going to wow at the combine or pro day (not sure he'll get the invite to the combine with such limited play). The guy appears to be a freak of nature.
Oh no .. don’t get me wrong. I think we have some really good coaches. I was definitely taught a lesson this year.
