Tech Help...Computer to Computer Conference Calls

So my HOA has board members that don't live in the area, one is in Canada. We are trying to figure out how to have a conference call with everyone involved. Skype came up but is difficult to use and cuts out a lot. Any ideas?

I have no help on the tech, but HOA's are pure evil.

Best I've found is Google Hangouts. Free, and the multi-participant video calls and presentations work really well.
