Think they win gold?

While other countries have more NBA players than they had, team USA should be beating these other teams by a wider margin.

However, the players out there are not even close to the best we have to offer and I wouldn't be shocked if they didn't get gold.

I tell you what, if they don't they should feel very embarrassed.

It's pretty simple. Teams like France and Australia actually play as teams. I could be wrong but it seems like USA has a very low amount of assists. More one on one play which usually results in lower percentage shots.

I watched today's game. The USA offense did play too much one on one, but the bigger issue was the the pick and roll defense, which was not good at all.

Australia put a scare into them in preliminaries. If Ben Simmons had decided to play for them this summer, they might have been able to beat the U.S. in that (and maybe another upcoming) one.
