He is almost 6. Is there any way we can get autographs from either players or the coaches. It will be his first game. Do they come back out after the game or are they willing to sign them before the game? I want to get a poster and get as many signatures on it as I can for a birthday present for him.

If you wait after the game in the section just to the side of the tunnel, many of the players come out there after they get done in the locker room to meet with family and friends. It could be 30 minutes of more after the game though and there are no guarantees on who is coming out.

I know it doesn't help you right now (hopefully someone will help you with game day info) but you need to take him to the pre-season scrimmage and meet and greet they have every year at Mackey. They give you a poster and you can get autographs and talk to every player and get pictures with your son if you want. It is by far the best time for kids to get close to the players and actually talk to them for a couple minutes.

I took my nephew the past two years and he was in heaven!

I wanted to but I coach high school football and that pretty much takes up my whole life until Thanksgiving. Now if we wouldn't make the playoffs one year that might be an option. lol

You might be able to meet a couple of players after the game, if you're willing to stick around. Some of them will probably come back out on the court (or at least be walking across it) after they're done in the locker and/or press room.

TC4three is VERY accurate to the way it used to be and I assume it still is. Good luck and hope your son gets to meet some.

In addition to the scrimmage and after the games, I thought last season someone posted that there was also a way to go through the Purdue Athletic department, but maybe I'm thinking of something else.....might have been a fee involved too....or perhaps it's just pre-signed merchandise.

I would like to see him next to Isaac Haas...that would be special for him I'm sure.

Hope your son has a great time and a wonderful birthday.....future Purdue class of 2032?

This. Bring a sharpie, something to sign, and hang out. My kids have all gotten autographs after games.

there is a life size replica of Haas where he can stand next to his poster. Also, there is a ball with Haas's handprint on the ball for comparison...and a shoe as well. I have pictures of those with the lady in my pic for a comparison...AND it is huge. If I knew how to publicly show some I would. The hand and shoe are massive! All this is towards the north end of Mackey I seem to recall...somewhere above the tunnel where they run out...

As others have said. Most all of them come out of the tunnel after the game... Usually hav e to wait, 10-15 min. but you can get on the floor and get pix. Use to do that for my son when he was younger. Also usually see some of them in Bruno's or Scottys after the game.
