Tailgate at the circle

is anybody going from here going to this? It's downtown Indianapolis on the circle. I just walked through and saw a lot of people setting up. Its's cold and windy, but everybody seemed happy and friendly so far!

To those that are going, bundle up and have fun! I will probably swing back a little later. They are still setting up and blocking off the streets.
