Thought this was the year. That was a nightmare of a sporting event to attend. 99% of the arena was against Purdue, especially second half. It was absurdly loud in that place. The breaks Purdue got in bracket were great but they got fvcked with that one. St Peter’s fans were total garbage. Completely disrespectful to older Purdue fans who were just minding their own business.
Ivey legit lost his mind last night. After that first half TO he had a complete meltdown on the bench. Bloom was trying to calm him down. The scene was a shock to fans and I’m sure it didn’t help the team any. As an All American, you’d think he’d be a leader and one to calm us down but he did the opposite. I hate to say it cause I still think he’s the second most talented player since Big Dog, but he torpedoed his own team last night. It was really hard to watch.
The shit they got away with on our bigs was wild. And then they call less contact on the other end. Complete bullshit.
