Had the misfortune of having to work last night during game. Glad I didn't have the miserable experience of suffering through every agonizing possession with the rest of you. Had to make due checking the score when time permitted.
I work in an ICU and spent that time caring for those clinging to life and dealing with their families. No mention of turnover rate.
I get home from a brutal night and have 3 toddlers elated to see dad and abuse me as a human jungle gym. No concern for substitution patterns.
Especially over these past 2+ difficult years I've come to accept sports as more of just a fun distraction. Living in the Louisville area, I wouldn't trade Cards and Cats ill begotten banners for one of the most competitive clean programs in the country that produces GOOD men.
I know 99.9% of you couldn't care less about this "you could always live in Ukraine" BS, but with all the venom I felt compelled to offer my 2 cents of levity.
FWIW, I can't believe we lost to f***in St Peter's. That blows.
