The server was hacked by foreign entities. The crime was being negligent enough to let it happen. The FBI failed to obtain subpoena'd information. They didnt try very hard as wiki leaks obtained them.
Did Trump pay for false dirt on Clinton? Did the Trump campaign release any dirt on Clinton after the meeting?
Did any of the guilty pleas have anything to do with Trump and Russian interference in the election?
After todays hearing the evidence points to the FBI interfering in the election.

Is there any evidence, other than Strzok didn't like Trump and he texted about it? Any evidence his superiors or people under him were helping him interfere in the election? Him and Lisa undertake this monumental conspiracy all by themselves?

I'm willing to consider the possibility......but this guy was actually harder on Hillary than Trump........and could have literally blown up the Trump campaign by simply leaking the investigation. If he was out to get Trump, why didn't he just do that?

A third party gave the info to the FBI. They were satisfied. Maybe the DNC didn't trust the FBI......they are crooked right?

The FBI didn't close the investigation until all witnesses were interviewed. Comey had determined after 9 months of investigating that there was no intent. If he was all about Hillary, why did he effectively reopen the investigation just before the election and hurt her chances?

Strzok explained that again today.

Doesn't matter whether she was under oath of not. Lying to the FBI is a crime regardless.

I don't know anything about your reasonable prosecutor reference. Hillary was stupid but there was no intent.

Did Strzok and Hillary and Rosenstein and Steele and Fusion all get together on this....along with the deep state? You've got all this unconnected bull shit that gets thrown against the wall to see what sticks. I've yet to see a coherent theory of how this vast conspiracy even happened......it's all generalities that don't go together.

The Trump campaign investigation was based on a dosier that was
Handed over to FBI officials by a DNC employee that is married to an FBI
Investigator. Today we find out there are 3 versions of the dosier all having Clinton connections. The dosier was a DNC diversion to the Clinton e mail mess. The dosier is the insurance policy refered to.
What no one saw coming was wiki leaks publishing the hacked e mails.
I dont believe Russia supplied wiki leaks the e mails. It could be any of a number of foreign entities.

so they interview HRC on July 2nd, 2016 (not recorded FYI and Cheryl Mills Heather Samuelson attended as well) and on July 5th, they determine no intent and therefore no charges (over the holiday week). That same day, July 5th. Fusion GPS (Steele) approaches the FBI w/ allegations against Trump.

Then Strzok opens the Trump-Russia collusion case hmmm....

Lol. AND? Half that is bullshit. The FBI doesn't record per their policy. The FBI was gathering info on Trump before the case was opened. Releasing embarrasding info over the weekend......Trump does it twice a month. Strzok bragging to his girlfriend. Wow. HOW DID HE DO IT without help from above him? And all these people committed these treasonous acts when EVERYONE thought HC was going to win........but they all risked their careers and their freedom to bring down Trump JUST IN case he won....or to prevent him from pulling the upset. Right.

Why didn't Strzok just leak the Trump investigation? Take him out anonymously. But no, let's get it all in writing in a text, much safer.

No. It. Was. Not. It began when one of Trump's associates started talking to a foreign government official about Russia having hacked emails before they were released and they reported it to US intelligence after the emails were released. That's when the case opened.

This is BASIC comprehension of the case.

By the way, for all the hooting and hollering about dossier - WHAT has been proven false in it? Several parts of it has been corroborated and no action would be taken unless it was corroborated. So you can bitch about it all you want whether Republicans or Democrats funded it against Trump - it still doesn't make it automatically false or used willy nilly.

But you ultimately show your ignorance when you're STILL trying to say it wasn't Russia. What a joke.

I was at Purdue all day yesterday with my oldest as it was her STAR day so I missed the hearing. I did catch some highlights. Wow does Strzok come off as a smug, smarmy, cheating dick. The kind of guy we'd all like to throat punch. As my wife said as she walked in the room and caught part of it - "I wouldn't hire him to be a Wal-Mart security guard let alone a top FBI official."
