Can a kid sign with a JUCO (not due to grades) and then get out of it and sign with a D1 school?
A kid we know had been told that if a few A list kids don't sign today that this D1 school will offer him a scholarship (in the next day or 2) but the JUCO that has offered him said that if he doesn't sign this morning, they are giving the scholarship to someone else.
Can he sign with the JUCO and then get out of it if the D1 comes thru?
