By the way, IU just won the BIG regular season, so we are all appreciating that fact. You see, we are a generoous bunch, and we are people who appreciate good basketball, regardless of who is playing it. It should surprise no one that it is a current topic.
We also have a number of IU visitors reminding us of their latest victory. They started several of those threads you speak of. This is something that you probably won't see in reverse on the IU boards. We don't have nearly the obsession your boys do with Purdue.

Anybody know why this free board doesn't have a moderator to weed out the trash. The Stye has an idiot moderator and most Boilers are booted within the first few posts. We OTOH allow posts like this one to continue repeatedly and allow posters that are notorious for absolutely trashing Purdue at the Stye to come over here and post as if they are our true friends.
I believe there are some and while I don't want to be like peegs and how they handle it, threads like this have no purpose on here and there needs to be more active purging.

Unfortunately, the Purdue board doesn't get the traffic the Peegs board gets. These boards need to meet a quota to continue on and Peegs is able to remove those posts and ban at will because of their natural traffic. I am guessing GBI doesn't have that luxury and feels they need to keep these kinds of posts to maintain their heads above water.

Purdue is an engineering school. Mechanical engineers, civil engineers, industrial engineers, astronauts, veterinarians, pilots, astro-physics, etc....... we do not change tires for a living sir.

Congrats on the BT Championship. You guys deserved it, even with a weak schedule, IU played defense and played together as a team.
