They can’t retain employees. You can only cleanup feces smeared stalls so many times. Homeless scream at employees and customers, often with threats. They walk right up to the cooler and steal food. They use the restrooms as a place to take a bath and shoot up. Customers don’t feel safe.

Remember the big “racist” incident when an employee told the black guy he had to buy something if he wanted to use the bathroom? This has been in the making for years.
