They kept talking about him winning a BIG title with UM and now with Purdue!
Dakich was off his rocker last night. Appreciate his excitement for this game, but whoa - when he started singing? I can definitely use a break from him.
I understand that Dakich goes over the top / under some people's skin sometimes.
Personally I enjoy his color and thought his singing was hilarious...

He said he needed to get home and I remember about a week ago he said he had bronchitis but he still did the broadcast. So yeah, he might have been a little under the weather or tired still.
Besides talking about Spike going for 2 BT titles with 2 different schools, he also talked about growing up with Spike's dad (Chuck) and the Plesac brothers in Gary. He also thought Spike and Gelon, both from
Crown Point, looked alike, thus the split screen of the 2...not sure what he was looking at??? Was surprised he didn't mention future Boiler, Sasha Stefanovic also being from Crown Point.
Had to laugh when he asked "has anyone EVER won 2 BT titles with different teams?" Yes, it happened just last year with Bielfeldt.
