I agree Morgan is in a unique situation and his hands probably are cuffed. But his arrogance and misguidedness on things are something else. In a perfect world, he would be a good bean counter for an athletic department. With his goal to be "in the middle" that is something you don't say out loud.

I have heard when the JT succession plan came about, Morgan said he wanted then Dallas Cowboys OC Jason Garrett. JT laughed at him explaining he is in line to be the HC of the Dallas Cowboys. Morgan thought his job was lucrative enough to bring him. So he is delusional for one, two Jason Garrett has not set the world on fire in Dallas.
