Sorry but I've held judgement until this guy had the chance to have right tools. Shoop needs to go. His job is to put his team in the best position to win and all I have seen is him put the QB in a one and done situation. The third quarter baffeling play calling put the weight on the D and desperation on the QB. My vote is in. The talent is there but the general is not.
