Shoop is the OC, is he calling all the offensive plays?

If so, I'm not sure how this guy still has a job.
How many time were we in 3rd and short and instead of just running behind our 'experienced' line, he relies on the really bad arm of a QB who make bad decisions?

It's frustrating to see a QB at Purdue look like he doesn't belong at this level. A lot of it is on him but the rest is on Shoop.

I'd say F' it and go with Blough or the freshman.

I don"t recall many play actions when we were 2nd and short!!!!!!

It was simple. We didn't stand a chance once the Thundering Herd realized they were playing against Shoop's Thundering Turd!!!

The thing is, Appleby has talent and some moments, and in some ways he did not play well.

Uh, other than Brandon Hance and Rob Henry, I can't think of who we shouldn't have won with.

Forget GOOD COORDINATORS.

Take any reasonable "okay" coordinator who has a sense of spacing and timing, give him Joey Elliott, and this game is 38-10 Purdue. That's how uneven everything else other than the OC and QB thing was. Or get rid of Shoop and give said OC a non-late-in-his-career-imploding Kirsch and Purdue wins 38-27.
