Shock the world Boilers!! Something that Drew texted to Joey Elliott in 2009 before we played Ohio State ranked #7 at the time. Let’s do it again!!!

Just watched the SportsCenter piece on Tyler. It was emotional. It was especially emotional for me with Thursday of this week being the 3 year anniversary of when my dad died of cancer. It had spread so bad at the end that he could not even talk.

These types of stories just show that there is more to life than just sports, which we seem to sometimes forgot. With that being said, sports can bring us together and motivate us. If that story and Tyler being at the game, besides playing the #2 team in the nation, does not motivate our team; I don’t know what will. Boiler Up!!

Family is everything. So sorry for your loss. I don't know what I'll do when I lose my dad. He's a major reason I went to Purdue and was able to make it through Engineering school. And my grandmother died of cancer, so I know how horrific it can be.
