Tomorrow is the semifinals.....if Team USA wins, they'll play for the Gold Medal. Otherwise, the consolation game for the Bronze.
Great win for Team USA in OT over Israel.

Latvia upset Germany, 78-76, and Lithuania outlasted Argentina 72-70 in the other half of the bracket. Lithuania takes on Latvia with the winner to get the winner of Team USA/Serbia. Should be some good, exciting games.....all the quarterfinal games were close.

I think Israel is probably one of the best three teams in the tourney outside of the USA and Germany. I think most other teams are probably closer to Argentina.
Lithuania apparently is another one of the favorites and I believe Serbia was also highly regard, but in my opinion the big three was Israel, USA, and Germany. Two of them are gone. Argentina was up there as well. Purdue didn't get an easy draw, but the games won't get any easier.
Anyone else can chime in and/or correct me, but I believe these have been the best options for watching live. I think they would be the best bets for trying to view the semifinal vs Serbia.
Option #1: FISU Livestream (link). The game vs ISR was viewable within the US. For prior games you needed to stream from outside the US or use a VPN. The Serbia game should be Basketball: SF1 (M75)
Option #2: FISU Facebook (link). For at least the last 2 games, you could stream the game live from within the US
Option #3: FISU App. For at least the last 2 games, you could stream live from within the US
The game tonight is on at 12:30. Watch Game of Thrones, the news, and then check for the link here at game time. I've watched live and on Facebook. Live is way better for the feeds and the commentators... though maybe not so much for blood pressure.

Hopefully, our team looked at the scores of the other two games. they could have gone either way with just one bucket.
no matter who our opponent is, you can't blame or credit them for our team missing free throws in the last 20 seconds of a game. it has burned us in the past, and we've had a bad trend throughout these games including against Canada. .
but unlike the past, we've somehow survived our misses.
