Season Tickets Arrived in Mail: Feedback

Was pleased to receive my season tickets in Saturday's mail. Pleasantly surprised with the look and size of the tickets versus previous years. (+) And I like the South End Zone cards - well done again! (+)

Yet I still feel the athletic department misses a huge opportunity to make connections with its best fans. Here are just a few suggestions after just minutes of reflecting:
1. Include a combined note from Coach Hazell and Morgan expressing heartfelt appreciation for hanging on when the product on the field for several years has been less than desirable (said in more positive terms)
2. Give an update of where this season ticket order and subsequent JPC points addition contributes to your JPC total and where that ranks you as of today
3. Include schedule cards
4. Make 8.5 x 11 picture cards of top 3 football players - include them in the packet - perfect to give kids in family
5. Give more detailed feedback on cell phone project, south end zone status and this supposed Football Master Plan that has gone no where since Drew gave $1M. I thought for sure they would have about 5 guys lined up to give $1M each for about 5 months in a row to build momentum???
6. Make use of this new leadership facility that seems to be taking large sums of money from the athletic department - how about a few leadership seminars for high school students - sons and daughters of the season ticket holders be offered to attend a 1-hour "Wooden Leadership" seminar on various dates - potentially early morning on game days?
7. Maybe make one game Season Ticket fans appreciation day and give behind the scenes tours of Purdue Athletic facilities

These are just a few ideas generated in 5 minutes. I know there could be more. I know the Athletic Department is trying to "catch up" but it still has work to do in terms of showing appreciation to its best fans (customer service 101) - maybe the JPC would grow organically if it would just show some love.
