Saturday's game in Lincoln

Speaking of winnable games.. IMO we are playing against a stadium (sea of red) and a uniform.. That's about it. Overcome those two mental hurdles and come out of Lincoln with a victory. If this game was played a few weeks ago I'd have a different take, but this Purdue team is starting to gel and is superior to Nebraska in pretty much every category right now except for pass defense. And I'm not sure how much they can even exploit our pass defense with their young QB. This was a much, much worse matchup for us last year with Tanner Lee.

Now don't get me wrong. A victory is anything but assured. I've seen far better Purdue teams go into places like Happy Valley, South Bend, and Ann Arbor and be defeated by the helmet. But comparing these teams on a neutral field, Purdue wins this game at least 7 out of 10 times.

A 3-4 Nebraska team came into Ross-Ade and beat a 3-4 Purdue team by a whopping margin of . . . .
