I'm certain the amount of rain the state of Purdue has gotten this year hasn't hurt...but I have to say that I was very impressed with the field at the scrimmage yesterday. It had the qualities of a well manicured green at Kampen. I'm not sure I remember the field ever looking that spectacular...or that short. I could've practiced putting on that surface! So two thumbs up for the grounds crew who put in all the hard work to keep the field looking so good!!! Great work!
