Rivals updated receiver rankings

Amad and Kory over Rondale? Really? Not bashing Kory and Amad but Rondale is amazing

Maybe they actually are better? Who really knows.

All I know is that I feel very confident our offense will look more like Brohm wants it to this year and we have some guys who can stretch the field too.

Genuinely excited to see what kind of (big) step forward the offense takes! Only have to replace 1 guy on the OL while getting a good and seasoned group back. Should be a lot of fun!

Rivals rankings have gone downhill lately. 247 I find to be much more accurate.
I find myself looking at 247 rankings and info more and more. The fact that GBI (a rivals site) made a much bigger deal of the Moore commitment than the two wr's ranked higher than him (according to Rivals) pretty well tells you what GBI thinks of their own company's ranking system.

Thing with 247, the number you see isnt their evaluation. it is a composite of Rivals, ESPN and a couple others.

They bought Scout's site to pick up their scouting crew, who was better than theirs.

I noticed Amad Anderson was the first WR on the list that is a 3 star guy (the #63 WR is a 4*). I expect he is going to be a talent. Along with Taylor and Moore we really have upgraded the talent level at that position.

Absolutely. Anderson is SO versatile and even played DB in High School.

Taylor gives us great size and will be a tough matchup.

Moore will be a great target on sweeps and screens and can stretch the middle of the field too.

Excited about what these 3 will bring us for the next 4 years.

I think they are all damn good - these rankings are splitting hairs. I am more interested in the general trends like Purdue's overall recruiting ranking moving from 68 to 43 in just one year. In a very imprecise system, that strikes me as statistically significant.
