for those who remember Sunny from the old Indy Star boards and infrequent postings on this board she passed away on the 16th. She suffered many different ailments including one that was the subject of the movie "The Madness of King George". Her final illness was a malignant brain tumor.

She truly loved sports and identified with Purdue growing up the daughter of a pharmacist and attending a girls school (Lake Erie) for her undergrad.

She is survived by her Son Eric and her brother who attempted to help her as best I could. Keep her in your prayers if you are so inclined.

That is sad to hear. I didn't know her, or remember any of her postings, but I still hate to hear things like this.

Prayers to her family.

Heller, may I offer my sincerest condolences to you on your loss. I lost my wife to a Glioblastoma over seven years ago and know what you have gone through. May God bless you with peace, healing, and may you always remember her as she was.

My deepest sympathies. I know from experience how very hard it is to watch a loved one in such distress and that our words and thoughts can do little but unfortunately it's the best we can do.

Yes I remember her postings here and especially the Star News. I also remember the controversy her postings caused on SN as she was accused of being you, Heller. Some of the controversy was hilarious, some not so much. Several douches never believed that she was real. RIP Sunny. Your posts will stay forever in my memory. My best to her family, and you Heller. God Bless. Formerly Hotdog, from StarNews.

Sorry to hear this, I got on the star forums at the tail end of things so don't remember her. Boy was that place fun

Heller, sorry for your loss. You know, Heller, you are the one that I noticed right away when I first came to this forum years ago. I liked your approach to things and your take no prisoners type of posting. I hope to see that again and very soon. It was so hilarious many times that I would be laughing for days. Don't be strange to this forum.

Thanks Dog. That was a wild time but she had a good heart and it helped occupy some of her time.

I remember Sunny, but I forgot about her being accused of being Heller's sockpuppet. That was indeed a controversy for a while. I believe at one time on SN IP addresses were actually attached to posts, and that led to part of it, that the IP addresses both tied back to the same city?

Condolences to you and your family Heller
