I stop by here fairly often. I recall when Purdue was 0-3 there were posts that were disappointed. But at no time do I recall "Fire Brohm" posts like there were "Fire Hazell" posts. Most then disappointed posters pointed out that this year's schedule would be harder than last year's and simply matching the previous record would be a victory given the personnel losses - particularly on defense. People were mad at dumb penalties but optimistic that these would be worked out.

I simply do not ever recall seeing a fire Brohm thread or a hating Brohm thread.To me, this is pure fiction. The source must be simply delusional.

Last year was a pleasant surprise given the previous fb regime. Saturday night was an awesome surprise, especially as part of a 4-game win streak. The WL fb world is in a different place these days and a seismic shift has happened. All fans of Purdue can feel it and they know it.

The fans of the program to the south know and can feel it as well. And it doesn't make them feel happy at all.

Personally, I think that a howler monkey has more common sense than (lackof)courtsense has in his howls.

It wouldn't surprise me if courtsense is the troll that keeps popping up here because it literally is that easy to create an account. It kind of seems his style anyway.

They like me. And yes there were a couple of Boiler fans expressing their displeasure and disappointment with Brohm earlier in this season on this board . I'm not going to name names. The posts were hidden as part of other longer threads. If he is going to make that claim, he must spend a lot of time on this board reading every post. Even I don't do that.

I actually don’t. He talks about it himself on BTN where he goes to great lengths assuring everyone he went back and picked the trash up himself, rather than leaving it for someone else to do. I actually had tears in my eyes first time I saw it. Sure BTN has it somewhere in their archives as they talked about it themselves on air( not the channeling of CT...that’s just my take on it)
