Couldn't stay healthy there. He was good there when he could stay on the field.

Didn't wanna play for Coach LEO or the new OC. Can't blame him for leaving because of that.

It seems like there are more and more players that are not wanting to play for that incredible HS coach

Same kid. Playing for the same coach that made him successful early at Indinia. Poor pass protection at IU kept him perpetually injured.

He lost two seasons to non contact injuries, so not sure how you blame that on bad pass protection.

Us Indiana fans can blame a lot of things on bad pass protection, but two blown acl in the same knee isn't one of them.
 
Well, I'll say good for Penix. I thought he was a good quarterback at Indiana. It's nice to see a guy battle back from injuries and put together a strong finish to his career. Of course, it's easier to say that when he's wearing a Washington uniform.
