It's been a long time since I've tailgated for a Purdue game. I plan on taking the family up for Saturday's game. Where can I park to tailgate? I don't have any sort of pass. Thanks in advance!

Without a pass, you can usually park in a few houses and (1) fraternity right across from Mackey Arena. It is reasonably close. Usually around $15-20.

You can also pay $15-20 to park at frats in Tower Acres (top of Slater Hill) - 10-15 minute walk to the stadium at most. Welcome back!

What time do the donor lots open? 8:00 AM or 8 hours before kickoff? Thanks.

See the same link above:

"Hours of Operation
  • RV lots (RV 1, RV 3 and RV4) will open at 6 p.m. ET the day before each home game.
  • RVs are permitted to stay in the lot until 10 a.m. the following day.
  • All other parking lots will open 8 hours prior to kickoff, but not earlier than 7 a.m. ET.
  • Lots D, T and B will not open earlier than 8 a.m. ET."
