With no disrespect to any current players – either individually or as a group – our new staff seems to be recruiting higher level players, and winning the recruiting war for those players against much better schools, compared with the last staff.
I also like that so many of the 3* are rated 5.7 on Rivals — so they are borderline 3*/4* with the opportunity in their final season to move up to a 4* or remain a solid 3*.
The talent pool is on the upswing in a material way. Hoping that the staff can also develop it further and coach well on the field to take us to much greater heights than we have experienced since the early 2000s.
